Is it the Hill to Die on?
I’m a man of a few skills. And I never talk about things I don’t know; I am perspicacious.
But this has happened already a few times: I show something to someone, they correct me, I tell them they’re wrong, they tell me I am wrong and ask me to found my claims.
This makes me think…
- I am definitely the one who knows more about the subject.
- The person I am talking to knows that.
- They also know that I don’t speak unless I know.
They, being a novice compared to me, ask me to prove them wrong — to prove that-, oh, some almighty King is wrong — and to fully write everything up.
You wish.
Too petty to be the Hill to Die on.
Choose your hills.
Cheers
